In Cochin, on the lofty 13th floor, lies the vibrant haven of an NRI family, a seasonal sanctuary, and a homeland retreat. This art-loving family was sure to showcase their myriad small artworks, each telling stories of cherished moments.
A vibrant space with a pop of colours, bold enough to support the innumerous paintings, one that exudes youthfulness, seemed to be the best solution.
Round Corner House
The interiors of this residence have been treated in a way as to maximize and perceive the space as a whole. The clay tile flooring that contrasts with the white backdrop keeps the interior simple as per the requirement of the client. This project has been covered by various publications such as Design Pataki, Vanitha Veedu, Let's build it and Design Kerala.

Chetta Oru Chaya
“Chetta Oru Chaaya” translated as “brother one tea please" is a tea shop in the town of
Kottayam, Kerala. The design was conceived on the idea of producing a local haven close to the chai enthusiasts in the town. This project has won commendation for design excellence in 'Leisure and Entertainment' category of IIID Kerala regional awards. It has also been published on various platforms such as Designer+Builder magazine, Design Kerala, Arch Kerala etc.
